The International Viticulture and Enology Society (IVES) is an academic association dedicated to viticulture and enology. Founded in 2017 by a group of leading universities and research institutes, it seeks to ensure that the results of scientific research in this field are available to researchers and professionals. It is a non-profit organization administered by its institutional members, who believe that the results of scientific research should be made available to researchers in both the public and private sectors and to the general public. To make this possible, they publish journals on free online platforms that are independent of private publishers. We have 23 major actors from many wne-producing countries.
